UI
**UI **(User Interface) - user interface. This IT term refers to the visual part of the interface. It is the main element that forms the UX, defining all visual, interactive elements of the product interface, including buttons, icons, spacing, typography, color schemes and adaptive design.

A visually pleasing interface gives the user a feeling of simplicity. A person should understand in 3 seconds how to navigate in this interface.
Unlike UX, UI has a more subjective character, because it cannot be defined, for example, through the characteristics of "bad/good".
## UI can be modern or not
Along with the concept of UX design, there is a similar concept for UI. However, you should separate UI design and UI design. The difference is most noticeable when working with web applications, where the stages of design and design are separated. In the development of classic applications, design and design are usually handled by the same specialists.
In some tools of user interaction with the system, such as chatbots, there is no interface design at all. Such a realization is close to the concept of an ideal interface from the TRIZ point of view, when there is no interface as such, but its function is fulfilled.
The goal of interface design is to simplify as much as possible the performance of functions required by the user. It is from this goal grows the main criterion of UI quality. The task of interface design is to give the designed algorithms of functions execution an understandable visual form.
