VeriSM™ ("VeriSM™: An Approach to Service Management in the Digital Age") is a collection of books published in 2017-2018 by IFDC. The title is an acronym that stands for:

The collection was written with the participation of 70 experts in corporate service management, DevOps, Agile, Scrum, Lean, etc., and implies a flexible approach to service management, which implies not mindless use of prescribed algorithms and practices, but their adaptation, consolidation and modernization for the needs of a particular company.

Despite the fact that VeriSM™ is not tied to one specific service management structure, the philosophy of the publication clearly reflects the values and guidelines of ESM. In general, we can say that VeriSM™ is to ESM what ITIL® is to ITSM (at least, it pretends to be).
