Engagement system

Systems of Engagement (SoE) are systems that focus on the user rather than on processes. Systems of Engagement realize communication or collaboration across business boundaries, global time zones, language and cultural constraints through the use of new digital technologies. Such systems also represent a new way of engaging customers (service consumers), users, employees of partner organizations and other social communities. The more stakeholders are included in the engagement system, the more effective and useful the system becomes.

Engagement systems include messengers, social networks, tools to support teamwork and flexible management approaches.
