SMB businesses are usually more limited in their IT resources (plus budget and staff) than others. And because of its size, it has different IT requirements. It often faces different IT challenges than large enterprises. IT systems in the SMB segment are suitable for firms with 10-40 users. At the same time, due to greater affordability, companies with a staff of more than 50 people often turn to this class of systems. This ultimately serves as an obstacle to the organic digitalization of businesses that have outgrown the SMB category.
