User experience

User experience (UX) is a set of impressions and feelings of a user from interaction with the interface of a website, program or application. UX is influenced by the user interface (UI, user interface, i.e. graphic representation - illustrations, menus, buttons, fonts, etc.), but it is only one of the factors. According to Peter Morville (information architect, founder of Semantic Studios) UX should be useful, usable, in demand, valuable, accessible and trustworthy.
