UX
**UX **(User Experience) - the feelings that users have after working with an interface as part of achieving a goal.

When developing ITSM- and ESM-platforms, UX design (along with UI design) is one of the key areas and one of the strongest sides of such software products. Despite the general nature of the concept of UX, it is applied mainly within the IT-terminology. This is due to the fact that the term itself appeared simultaneously with the explosion of technological development. UX design/design is not so much digital as cognitive work, but is used and defined predominantly by the digital industry. UX design takes into account the various elements that influence how a user feels when they come into contact with a company's IT service (website, app, platform, etc.) and how easy it is for them to accomplish their desired tasks. Work on the UX of a particular software product is based, first of all, on the analysis of needs and behavioral patterns. For example, how easy is it to place an order on the site? How wide are the possibilities of financial management through a banking application? Thus, UX design is functional in nature - the scenarios within which the user interacts with corporate systems are studied, elaborated and designed. The ultimate goal of user experience design is to develop and enhance the quality of interaction between the user and any digital representation of the company. It is important to note that, unlike UI, UX is not the visual aspect of interaction, but the overall sensory user experience.
