ITGLOBAL.COM Automates IT Asset Management with SimpleOne ITAM

ITGLOBAL.COM, the systems integration division of the ITG corporation, has successfully deployed the SimpleOne ITAM system to manage its global IT assets. This new solution replaced a fragmented, manual tracking process with a unified, automated system covering the company's operations across 12 countries. The entire project was completed in just six months by ITGLOBAL.COM’s own internal team.
ITGLOBAL.COM provides advanced hardware support for various international vendors, maintains a large inventory of spare components, and distributes equipment — ranging from laptops to high-end servers — to both internal ITG clients and external customers worldwide.
As the company expanded, juggling files and spreadsheets became a losing battle. It was impossible for multiple employees to work on the data simultaneously, the volume of information became overwhelming, and keeping that data accurate was a constant struggle. Most importantly, the team lacked the ability to generate real-time analytics for inventory levels, international procurement, and overall costs.
SimpleOne ITAM stepped in to automate the entire asset lifecycle, from initial procurement planning to final disposal. The system provided much-needed transparency for equipment movement across all 12 countries, simplified the management of complex data center assets, ensured warranty compliance, and enabled real-time reporting.

Since the launch, employees have gained real-time access to inventory levels across all warehouses, while management now receives automated reports without the need for manual data collection. The company has significantly cut the time spent on analytics and enabled multiple specialists to work with the same data simultaneously.
ITGLOBAL.COM continues to use SimpleOne ITAM and plans to roll out new features as they are released. The company is already utilizing several capabilities introduced in recent product updates and plans to implement further enhancements in the near future.
