SimpleOne released platform 1.32 with configuration control and accurate SLA metrics
published at: 20 April 2026
SimpleOne (ITG Corporation's Applied Business Systems business) has released the Low-Code platform update version 1.32.0. In the release, the company focused on incorporating Record Extended Model (REM) operations into workflows, improving the accuracy of service level agreement metrics, and providing stable loading and easy monitoring of large configuration packages.
The platform now guarantees stable loading of large configuration packages, including those containing more than 100,000 records. Administrators can monitor the status of each package in a special widget located in the header of the agent interface: it is always available regardless of which section of the platform the user is in. The widget notifies about the appearance of new events, so while the package is being loaded, you can safely engage in other tasks - you don't need to monitor the execution yourself. In terms of operation, the widget is similar to the data import monitoring tool already familiar to platform users.
The second change concerns the calculation of SLA (Service Level Agreement) metrics. If an indication is created after a record has been paused, the system automatically analyzes the record history, finds these periods and takes them into account when calculating the metric. This allows SLA-indicators to more accurately reflect the real picture of work - without distortions due to the fact that the indication was launched later than the actual events.
Version 1.32 introduces support for REM (Record Extended Model) operations in workflows, which expands automation scenarios in platform-based applications.
"We ensured stable loading of even very large configuration packages and gave administrators a convenient control tool right in the platform interface. We also added support for REM operations in workflows and refined the logic of SLA-metrics calculation - now indications correctly take into account the pause periods that preceded their creation"Ilya Radchenko Director for platform products SimpleOne, ITG Corporation
