SimpleOne Releases New ESM Platform Version Featuring Multilingual Announcements and Enhanced Service Visibilit

published at: 5 December 2025

SimpleOne, the business systems arm of the ITG corporation, has launched version 2.0.0 of its core ESM engine, Simple Application. This major update introduces powerful tools for organizations implementing Enterprise Service Management (ESM) at scale, including a dedicated widget for displaying service specifications on self-service portals and tools for managing multilingual announcements with automatic localization.

The new features are a game-changer for organizations with international divisions looking to automate their mass communications. The platform now allows administrators to localize announcements and publish them directly to the portal or distribute them via email, automatically matching each recipient's preferred language settings. By using pre-built templates and adding attachments, teams can create informative, professionally branded communications in a fraction of the time.

This update is particularly valuable for large companies that regularly conduct technical maintenance or roll out system-wide changes to a global workforce. Instead of manually drafting separate emails for every region, a system administrator can simply create a single announcement template with the required translations. Once the event parameters are set and the campaign is launched, every employee receives a notification in their own language, all while maintaining a consistent corporate identity.

“In global companies, administrators often have to juggle multiple versions of the same announcement for different countries and languages. It’s time-consuming and makes mass communication unnecessarily complex. In this latest version, we’ve built the tools to automate that grunt work, making it easy to publish and send out relevant updates to users across every region.”

Beyond improved communications, self-service portal users now have faster access to the fine details of the services they are requesting. A new "External Specification" portal widget has been added to request forms, allowing users to view the full specification of any service in the catalog right at the moment they need it.
