SimpleOne (ITG Corporation) assessed the potential of the African market to expand international expansion

SimpleOne (part of ITG Corporation) conducted a comprehensive analysis of the business process automation market in Africa based on meetings with potential customers and partners. Experts noted that local companies are actively looking for solutions to optimize processes, implement Al and integrate platform systems, and partners are interested in joint work and local adaptation of products. Based on this data, the company assessed the potential of the region as high and decided to develop its own ecosystem of products in the region through a partner network. ITGLOBAL.COM will be the distributor of the vendor's solutions.

The collected statistics showed that integrators from Ethiopia are interested in solutions with built-in Al-tools. Partners in Kenya are considering the promotion of IT service management systems (ITSM), and in Uganda distributors are ready to provide local presence and support for SimpleOne implementations.
