SimpleOne Expands Its Presence in Kazakhstan's ESM Market

published at: 18 June 2026

SimpleOne has announced an expanded presence in the Kazakhstan market, sharpening its focus on Enterprise Service Management (ESM) projects for large businesses. SimpleOne's solutions are already available in Kazakhstan through a partner network and distributor ITGLOBAL.COM, and the next stage of growth centers on promoting the ESM approach among the country's largest companies.

In recent years, Kazakhstan has become one of Central Asia's leaders in digital public and consumer services — e-government, online banking, and marketplaces have become a routine part of everyday life. Businesses and consumers now expect the same speed and seamlessness from every service they use, matching what they've come to expect from eGov platforms and major consumer super-apps. Yet inside many large corporations — in banking, retail, mining, and telecom — back-office support functions such as HR, accounting, logistics, and administrative services often still run on disconnected systems and channels, which slows down operational efficiency and growth.

The Enterprise Service Management (ESM) approach extends proven IT service management practices to every support function across a company. In effect, the same standard of speed, quality, and transparency that IT teams are held to starts working across HR, legal, finance, logistics, and administrative departments as well.

As it enters the Kazakhstan enterprise market, SimpleOne is focusing on the priorities that matter most to local businesses:

  1. Total cost of ownership and migration flexibility. As the global IT landscape shifts and the total cost of ownership for established service management systems continues to rise, large Kazakhstani companies are actively optimizing costs and looking for a reliable, flexible alternative to existing service management tools. SimpleOne's partners bring the expertise and tooling needed to manage migration with minimal risk of data loss and without disrupting business-critical processes.
  2. Security and compliance with Kazakhstani law. Under the Republic of Kazakhstan's Law "On Personal Data and Its Protection," data operators are required to process and store citizens' data in line with national security and data-localization requirements. The SimpleOne platform supports on-premise deployment within a customer's own corporate environment, as well as deployment on infrastructure provided by local Kazakhstani cloud providers, helping companies meet regulatory requirements.
  3. Low-code as a tool for fast adaptation. Kazakhstan's market is evolving quickly: the financial sector, telecom, e-commerce, and mining companies regularly launch new products and services. SimpleOne's built-in low-code/no-code tools let business analysts and process owners adapt service scenarios and workflows themselves, reducing dependence on external development and shortening time-to-market for internal services.
"Kazakhstan's enterprise market is showing tremendous maturity right now. Companies no longer want to simply automate individual tasks — they're looking for the kind of end-to-end ecosystem experience users already see in the country's leading super-apps. Adopting an ESM platform lets large businesses in Kazakhstan connect disconnected departments into a single, coherent operating model. Based on our project experience, this kind of transformation typically speeds up internal processes by 30–40% and significantly improves cost transparency."
