SimpleOne HRMS Automates Employment Contract Management and Candidate Evaluation

SimpleOne, the business systems arm of the ITG corporation, has introduced the latest version of its Human Resources Management System — SimpleOne HRMS 1.2.0. This update significantly streamlines employment contract workflows and adds a system for candidate evaluation, complete with built-in testing tools.

The features in version 1.2.0 are designed to tackle some of the most critical challenges HR departments face: minimizing legal risks in document management, improving the quality of new hires, and cutting down on time-consuming administrative tasks.

The new version includes added functionality for the management of employment contracts. Whenever terms change — whether it’s a new hire, an internal transfer, or a termination — the system automatically generates a "personnel change" record under the correct category. The full history of these changes is saved and visible directly within the employee’s profile and the contract itself. This automated approach helps prevent errors during document preparation and ensures the company stays compliant with labor regulations.

Additionally, the update allows teams to create unified hiring criteria within the system and apply them automatically to open roles. When reviewing a candidate, these criteria appear in their profile as a ready-to-use evaluation checklist. This ensures that HR specialists and hiring managers are grading applicants using the same standards, making the entire recruitment process much more objective and transparent.

This release also improves how tests are managed and graded. Testing settings are now more flexible, allowing managers to choose exactly when correct answers are revealed or set a limit on the number of retakes. Plus, multiple-choice questions are now graded automatically, saving even more time for the team.
