Solution Description

WAY2WEI integration with SimpleOne provides HR with the ability to test employees using the TEI methodology and automatically output reports in the platform interface. This allows digitizing key softskills of employees and linking the results with HR processes to make and support decisions on recruitment, development and HR management.

Solution functionality

The WAY2WEI connector allows you to conduct testing using the TEI methodology from EI Lab LLC and output the report in the SimpleOne application without additional tools.

1. emotional intelligence assessment - testing according to the TEI methodology with a standard report

An effective tool for HR-specialists to assess the level of emotional intelligence (EI) of employees and candidates. Contains information on strengths, potential growth points and brief recommendations for development.

The product provides a full cycle of assigning and passing employee tests with the ability to integrate with the WAY2WEI server.

5. Automatic recording of results and generation of reports.
6. Restriction of access to reports depending on user rights.
