The plugin provides the ability to: "tag"/mark a certain employee in the activity feed, by entering the "@" icon, to send a comment to a certain employee.

There is a possibility to add a picture / screenshot, apply formatting to the fields Conversation or Work Notes.

There is also a quick reply block with access control and the ability to pull in images.
