Multistring attribute sets

Solution description

Multistring attribute sets are designed for displaying and editing attributes in the form of tables with an arbitrary number of rows both at the stage of request registration on the user portal and at the stage of working with the request in the agent interface.

Solution functionality

The mechanism includes tables with data structure settings and widgets for its display and editing.

Creation and customization of attribute sets are available only to the administrator and are performed in the menu section "Multistring Attribute Sets".

Multistring attribute sets may be needed when you need to enter information about several entities that have the same attributes, for example:

• Equipment Ordering.
• Configuring rules on a network screen.
• Creating accounts.
• Issuing roles and assigning users to groups.
• Deploying test environments.

The attribute set data is presented in a structured way that allows you to use it in workflows and business rules to create subtasks or add consistent ones.
