SimplePhone is an extension of the SimpleOne platform that combines the web interface of the platform with the capabilities of the office PBX and allows the user to make or receive voice and video calls, exchange messages, display presence status.

Solution functionality

Integration with the platform allows you to automatically display in the user's window any data contained in it, relevant information about the current call, as well as to use in real time during the call the platform functionality, for example, Multi-agent AI-assistant.
