T1 Secure Field

Solution Description

T1 Secure Field is a field-level cryptographic data protection module integrated into the SimpleOne platform. The product provides end-to-end encryption of sensitive information (e.g., personal data, critical task parameters) directly in the user browser interface using the Web Crypto API standard.

Solution functionality

Specialized field available to the Tasks table and all child tables. Generation of a unique encryption key for each task. Automatic key rotation each time the field value changes.Data is encrypted in the user's browser before being sent to the server using Web Crypto API (JavaScript library that performs encryption/decryption operations directly in the user's browser).

In the database (including in the list view and during uploads) the field is displayed as an unreadable set of characters (blob/string). Decoding occurs only when loading a form or widget designed to work with this type of field. Each record (task) uses its own key, which excludes mass data compromise in case of a single key leak.

Prevent accidental leaks and unauthorized access to sensitive data during standard operations with the platform (viewing lists, exporting reports, direct SQL queries) by storing information in the database exclusively in encrypted form.
