The solution provides automatic monitoring and control of SLA tasks with intuitive color indication, customizable tracking parameters and visual task piritization.

Main system features:

• Automatic task monitoring - tracks all tasks assigned to a user with the number displayed on an indicator button and automatically updated at a customizable interval.
• SLA violation color indication - green for normal tasks, yellow when approaching SLA deadline, orange when critically approaching deadline, red when SLA is violated.
• Detailed dashboard - provides a list of all tasks with SLA information, statistics by task type and status, clickable navigation to a specific task.
• Flexible system customization - selection of tracked tasks, setting of SLA thresholds, selection of additional fields to be displayed, setting of update interval.
