Work and Time Management (WTM)

The tool allows you to record the time spent by employees on work tasks, create a transparent system of accounting for labor costs and form an objective picture of the distribution of human resources of the company.

The solution helps:

• employees - track the exact amount of time they spend on certain tasks during a specific period of time;
• Managers - to see the overall picture of tasks in which an employee is involved, control resource allocation and identify bottlenecks.

Labor cost data helps not only to accurately assess the complexity of projects, but also to strategically plan investments, track and manage labor costs in detail at each stage, and forecast costs. WTM enables you to more accurately calculate return on investment to make informed decisions about product and service development.

Functionality

• Write off labor costs for tasks from any application of the SimpleOne ecosystem (ITSM, ITAM, SDLC, B2B CRM, etc.);
• labor cost sheet for an employee and labor cost sheet for a manager with the function of coordination;
• labor cost cards, which describe all time write-offs for a certain week;
• Time Off table, which stores separate records for each activity for each day;
• activity types that allow you to accurately categorize work. You can use ready-made types - task, meeting, time off, training, sickness, vacation, and others - or customize your own;
• preconfigured dashboards for managers and employees, including reports on time spent by product, task, employee, etc..;
• the ability to customize unique validation rules and approval chains based on Low-code tools.
