SimpleOne WTM 1.4.0: Recurring Time Entry Cards Take the Busywork Out of Timesheets

The latest release of the Work Time Management (WTM) tool introduces recurring time entry cards — so repeating activities no longer need to be logged manually every time.

If an employee regularly spends time on the same tasks — a daily status meeting, say, or an ongoing support activity — that time entry used to have to be recreated from scratch each time it came up. Now it only needs to be set up once: specify how often it recurs, the validity period, the time spent, and a comment. From there, the card is added to the timesheet automatically, with all the parameters already in place.

Settings can be adjusted, or the recurrence cancelled, at any time from the card's menu in the timesheet.
