Bunker mentality

Bunker mentality (silo mentality) is a type of mindset in which employees in departments and sectors are not eager to share information with others in the company. This type of mindset reduces performance and morale and contributes to the decline of the company's work culture.

The term implies comparing the company's departments to separate bunkers. There is no transparent interaction between departments, each bunker works for itself, to achieve its own goals, different from the company's goal.
