Digital transformation is the process of changing the existing business model with the help of new technologies. It involves transforming products and services, organizational structure, development strategy, customer processes and corporate culture.
Digital transformation focuses on creating new products and services with a completely new value proposition. It is not primarily focused on new technologies, but on the external consumer and is aimed at researching user experience, interaction scenarios and searching for new models to create innovative products and services.
In this case, fundamentally new ways of value formation are created. They change the market and displace traditional consumption patterns.
In contrast to digital optimization, we are changing the very model of doing business, transforming the corporate culture, changing the experience of consumption and perception of our products and services. Digital transformation requires a transformation of the entire organization.
