Service catalog
**Service** catalog - an organized and curated collection of any business and information technology related services that address both the internal needs of the company itself and the implementation of its services for customers.

It is used by ITSM and ESM systems as a knowledge management tool, allowing employees and consultants of the company to direct requests to employees responsible for performing specific services. Initially the service catalog appeared as IT service catalog and corresponded to ITSM strategies. As part of ESM, the service catalog was also adapted to other, non-IT services.
