Systems of Insight (SoI) are technologies whose primary purpose is to support and improve the customer experience by collecting and analyzing data from systems of record and engagement systems. Systems of Insight use analytical data collected from operational environments and look for opportunities and risks that need to be communicated to management to optimize business results.
