SimpleOne to Speak and Exhibit at NAG CONF 2026

SimpleOne will take part in NAG CONF 2026 — an annual conference for telecommunications and IT professionals in Kazakhstan. The event will take place on September 9 at the InterContinental Almaty hotel. SimpleOne will host a stand and deliver a talk on the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) approach.

NAG CONF brings together network infrastructure architects, engineers, administrators, and technical leaders every year: the 2026 edition is expected to host more than 200 participants and over 30 talks covering modern networking solutions, AI in telecom, cybersecurity, and data center infrastructure development.

In their talk, SimpleOne representatives will explain how the ESM approach helps telecom companies build end-to-end service processes — from incident handling to equipment procurement — within a single system, rather than across disconnected departmental tools. The talk will also focus on ITSM practices as the foundation for scaling ESM across a company's other service functions. SimpleOne will be represented at the conference by its Business Development Director and a representative from SimpleOne's distributor partner in Kazakhstan.

Participating in NAG CONF continues SimpleOne's strategy to expand its presence in Kazakhstan's ESM market — a direction the company announced in June 2026.
