SimpleOne 1.29: Enhanced ESM and the Evolution to a Dual-App Architecture
published at: 31 October 2025
SimpleOne, the business systems arm of the ITG corporation, has released version 1.29.0 of its Low-code/No-code platform, introducing two fundamental shifts in its architecture. The first major update adds support for a multi-provider service model, while the second officially divides the platform into two standalone applications: one dedicated to ESM (Enterprise Service Management) business tools and another for LCAP (Low-Code Application Platform) development instruments. This strategic move allows clients to receive functional and technical updates faster and entirely independent of one another.
In the latest version, SimpleOne introduces the ability to manage multiple service providers and consumers directly within its ESM business tools. Organizations can now designate any department — from Finance and HR to Facilities — as a service provider within the system and manage their specific service portfolios. This evolution enables true enterprise-wide service management by providing specialized tools to organize a service-first mindset across every corner of the business.
To boost transparency, a new "service relationship widget" has been added to task forms, clearly identifying both the provider and the consumer of a service. This allows employees to see exactly who is responsible for their request and who the end beneficiary is, which greatly simplifies inter-departmental coordination. This feature also paves the way for more accurate reporting and the creation of complex, cross-functional services that involve multiple providers working in sync.
“We’ve reached a point where SimpleOne is evolving from a single platform into a true ecosystem. Splitting the architecture into ESM and LCAP is more than just a regular update — it’s a fundamental shift that marks a new era for intentional ESM implementation. Our clients now benefit from independent release cycles, greater system stability, and total control over how their solutions evolve.”Ilya Radchenko Platform Product Director at SimpleOne (ITG)
The LCAP side of the platform also received a major logic update regarding how it handles emails. Previously, a single error during email processing could bottle up the entire queue, causing delays in client inquiries reaching the system. SimpleOne has solved this by introducing a dedicated "Email Processing Exceptions" section. Now, unprocessed emails are automatically moved to this area, ensuring the main queue remains clear and the support team can stay responsive to user needs.
Additionally, the LCAP layer now features URL security validation rules designed to prevent unauthorized requests and data leaks. System administrators can now create templates for "allowed" or "blocked" URLs within server-side API methods, providing an extra layer of protection when the platform interacts with external systems.
The updated version of the platform is now available to all SimpleOne clients. New users interested in exploring these capabilities can request a live product demonstration on the company's website.
